Investigation of the frequency of stent strictures in coronary arteries after stenting by CT
In our study, the relationship between the gender of the patients and the frequency of stents and stenosis in them was investigated, and the results showed that, in general, the frequency of stent restenosis is the same in men and women (p=95%). The analysis showed that in the RCA vein, the percentage of complete obstruction in the stent in women is significantly higher than that of men (29.8% vs. 5%), while in the LAD vein, there is a significant difference in terms of the percentage of restenosis. Stent was not observed in women and men, but in LM and lcx veins The possibility of repeated stenosis is more in men than in women. The results showed that in all three vessels, the 256 device is able to detect restenosis with greater ability than the 64 device, and the difference is statistically significant (p<0.0001). The Slic MDCT256 device not only shows the stenosis of coronary arteries and CABG vessels well, but also has high sensitivity and specificity in detecting restenosis of stents. Due to the fact that the LM vein is the main trunk of the coronary arteries and the narrowness in it is less likely to be stented, and re-stenosis in its stents is less in both men and women. The highest percentage of stenting is in the LAD vein, and the probability of restenosis in the stents of this vein is also higher than in other coronary arteries.
